Si vs AS

Post by chuckhab »

Hi,

I asked a question before about AS and their ability (or lack thereof) to do QCII. Can a Saber Si do QCII?

chuck, the saber si was only an 800 mhz radio.

it probably COULD do QCII, but i've never seen one capable of doing it... especially on 800

Are you sure?

I thought I was interested in an Astro Saber, but that does not support QCII. I saw a VHF Si, which as you see in the eBay ad says a recased MTS2000. If that is the case, it should support QCII.

Just wondering if anyone has any info.

Thank you!
