mcs2000 help

i had a friend program my mcs2000 model i model numberM01SHL9PW4AN he must have corupt the code plug now all it does is self check and goes to a black screen with the back light on flashcode is 0100010000008 can any one help me

does it go into service mode ?

can you read/write the radio ?

did he/you save the codeplug before modifying it?

it will not go into service mode
i can read wite to it in lab but not regular rss
no codeplug saved
