programming with Toughbook Pansonic CF-25 133mhz Pentium

I´ve a Toughbook Pansonic CF-25 with 133 mhz Pentium.
Can I programm Saber/MX1000 with this computer?
Can anybody send me the list with the RSS I can use with that computer?

You cannot program MCX1000 with that computer. The Saber should be ok, but only if you're using the latest RSS version. Here's a breakdown of the 486/Pentium Compatibility Matrix which details what RSS should work in the following thread:
