CDM1250 display symbol question

Post by LCFD1 »

Quick question.

I have a CDM1250 with about 30 channels programmed in to it. Some of them have a symbol that looks like to vertical bars with an arrow in between them pointing to the right. What does this mean? I looked at the programing of the channels that have it and the ones that dont and cannot seem to find the pattern.

Thanks!

The symbol indicates that the channel is simplex- that the TX and RX frequencies are the same.

The icon is off on repeater channels, or other channels with different TX and RX frequencies.

That is what I guessed at first. Looking through the channels though, The first 10 are all simplex, some have tx tpl and some do not. None of them show the symbol.
