Kind of like asking "How much is a gallon of gas?"

Shops in different geographical areas charge different rates. Best bet is to get out the yellow pages and call some of your local shops.

It all depends on their policy. For example, one local shop here will do it on a per radio basis, and another one wants a minimum one hour of labor for programming!

If your not rich, :lol: , try hollering for help here. There must be other Batboard members in your area with a RIB and RSS for it. If i was closer i would offer, but the cost of shipping the radio back and forth doesn't really make it any cheaper, though it would probably be cheaper than most Moto shops charge these days.
