Not enough information given by you to help out.

The GP300 you describe must not be the USA version but the European Select V model since you mention the display.

What is the model number of the radio your needing help with ?

Is it UHF or VHF ?

If the radio in qestion is also the radio pictured under your batlabs name then by the antenna on it = Id say its VHF.

Any and all info you can add will help .

Is it an 8ch or 16ch ect ?

What radios do you own?: radios

There are default codeplugs in the GP300 5t RSS package.
Try to load one, that match your type of radio and program the radio again with it.If the error is already there, you can clean the contacts on the display pcb.
Anothe way is to load the default codeplug with the GPUT lab rss and program it into the radio.
