Best software for radios?

Best software for radios?

Which software (version and name) do i use for programming these radios:

Mot. GP300 with full keypad
Mot. GP900 (versions with codeplugs if available)
Mot. MT2100 (versions with codeplugs if available)
Mot. MC2100 (versions with codeplugs if available)

Ive tryed different progs. but it keep up saying something about TX failure, or something like that, what do i do wrong?? (I have dubble checked the cables!!)
