I don't believe they come with any labels now...

Wavetar, thanks for the reply.

The HT1250 kit mechanically is exactly the same and will work. There is one minor difference with the kypad. The 1250 has all white keys with black numbers and symbols while the top two rows on the 8250/9250 are black keys with white sysbols.

I know picky-picky, but just looking for the exact replacement.

Hmmm, I've been unable to find one specifically for the MTX8250/9250 on MOL. Try giving parts ID a call, 1-800-422-4210. If they can't come up with one, I guess you'd have to stock the keypads separately.
