GP1200 to mt/mts2000 or mts2100 ?

HI everybody,

Is it possible to change (transform or upgrade) an GP1200 K7 full-keypad (http://www.motorola.com.ua/cgiss/GP1200.pdf) to mt/mts2000 or mts2100 ?

any information about this opération are welcome. I thinks it is a hard operation. which equipement we must have to execute this operation , special rib, and program cable...
