Min V Voice Announcement

Post by kinnelonfire75 »

I was programming a pager for someone today and while i was flipping through the function switches it would emit things like "Selective Call" or "Monitor" when i change the knob (in accordance with the way the pager was programmed). Is there any way to shut this off? I am in no means a pager genius but i have handled 100+ Min Vs and have never seen one do that.

Thanks!

Edited post: Added two words "have never."

I don't really care for it either - you can disable it in the programming software - look under User Data, Model Options and set "Voice Memo" Off to disable it.
