MTR3000 Chassis TO Preselector Cable

Has anyone seen a cable to connect the MTR3000 Preselector upgrade to the chassis? A cable from the preselector TO the receiver (mini-UHF to BNC) is included, but not a replacement for the flange mount type N to mini-UHF of the preselector INPUT. I would rather not use an adapter, or even refit a mini-UHF on the existing cable. I am wondering if this is something lost in MTR2000/MTR3000 translation , but cannot imagine this has not come up before.
