Hello all,
I work for a non profit organization that recently acquired 6 sabers that we would like to get programmed to use as reserve units.
We need 6 Motorola Saber Model 1E radios programmed to our current frequency configuration (a UHF conventional system). We are only going to have the first bank of 12 channels programmed and everything else deprogrammed. Since all 6 radios are the same model number, 5 of them can be cloned after you program the first one.
**PLEASE PM ME ONLY WITH PRICING ASAP!! THANKS!

- What radios do you own?: All of them
Re: I Need 6 Saber 1E's Programmed
I'll do it for $400 + shipping
Re: I Need 6 Saber 1E's Programmed
Here's a better thought - WHY BOTHER.
The Saber 1E (or any non-ASTRO Saber for that matter) is incapable of operating in narrowband mode. At the end of this year, this guy would have to pitch these radios he's trying to get programmed anyway.
My $0.02? Don't bother.

@ D119 REALLY? I didn't know that, is there a page here on the board that discusses this in detail? Thanks.

Read the above. Your radios are not capable of narrowband.

They are OK for GMRS though.
