GR300 New Radio Help
I am removing the two M120 UHF Motorola radios and I need to know which would be the better radio to upgrade to. 1-M1225 UHF 2-CDM1225 UHF 3-CM300 UHF. Also which one would be in the rick book? or were would I find the information on any of these three radios.
Re: GR300 New Radio Help
2-CDM1225 UHF with same settings as the GM300 radios used.
Re: GR300 New Radio Help
Are we talking CDM1250's?
I would say go with CDM750's if there is no requirement for the extra channel capacity of the 1250's.
The CDM series have a larger heatsing and slightly better performance specs.

I will go with CDM750's, Thanks
Re: GR300 New Radio Help
I was thinking the same. Why tie up a full blown radio for the repeater, you only need one frequency.RFguy wrote:Are we talking CDM1250's?

I think that you would need the higher stability transmitter to meet specs on narrow.
Also there is replacement for the R.I.C.K. that is more flexible much better audio and Incl ID.....under$30.
