Not A Structured Storage File Error

Not A Structured Storage File Error

I was trying to read an XTS5000 radio in CPS and got NOT A STRUCTURED STORAGE FILE ERROR.
The CPS reads the radios displays the gray CPS screen and then the error window pops up.

Any ideas on what is causing this? Was able to read a 2500 without problems.
