Programming XPR6550 with LTR Passport

Post by dxon2m »

I have a XPR6550 with LTR Passport board installed. When I read the radio in CPS 7.6 it does not have any options I can choose for LTR. Is there a menu somewhere that I have to enable to see configurations for LTR?

I believe you have to have another program to do that board

I believe Scholer-Johnson Inc. supplies the software. 407-645-5093

There are some specifics involved with programming a SJI passport board.

I would consider talking to the passport system manager or their radio shop so you get things correct.

Also, the passport option won't work (regular LTR will) unless the ESN of the radio is registered in the passport controller. The system admin will need to assign a MIN to the radio that matches the ESN in the controller.
