MT-500 DTMF front panel problem

MT-500 DTMF front panel problem

I put a NOS factory DTMF front on my working 2m MT-500 and the radio will not transmit audio nor DTMF.
Must be a jumper somewhere on the MB that needs to be added/removed.

Any MT-500 experts out there know anything about this?
