I have a astro saber 3 and when I tighten the 2 screws on the bottom I lose the keypad function. Has anyone had this before ?? if I loosen the screws I get it back but the battery shakes a bit.
any help would be great.

Case & chassis retaining screws...
These screws have a definite torque setting in the manual, and you'll have trouble if they're too loose or too tight, as you've found out. They don't have to be super-tight to do their job.
