Astro Spectra Emergency Receive

I know the Astro Spectra can't do MDC emergency receive/decode and/or MDC aliasing however, can they handle P25 emergency receive? In other words can they alert when someone on the same system activates their emergency button on their portable? This is would be a VHF P25 conventional system if that matters. I don't care if it is the standard Astro ID or the Astro ID alias that would display.
