Is there anyway to make a non fpp apx 7000, fpp?

Yes, purchase a flashport upgrade from Motorola. Should be about $150 plus shipping for Q53 FCC FPP

He will also need the side dongle. Part # NNTN7526 and I think is around 40 or 50 bucks.
