I need the Motorola part number for the KVL 4000 key loader....

There's a lot more to it than simply having the part# for the KVL itself. There are a number of capability & algorithm options, as well as accessories. Here is a snippit of the ordering guidelines from the ECAT.

The following ordering guidelines are to be followed for all KVL 4000  orders 
Select T7537 (KVL 4000 PDA Snap-On) model -- This is the main hardware model number.  Included in this model are the following:  
MC55 PDA and Security Adapter 
High Capacity 2400 mAh Lithium Ion battery  
KVL Quick Start Guide (6871015P34) 
KVL CD-ROM User Manual (CLN8627) 
Charger (Must order AC line cord adapter as a separate option.  Please see below.) 
End user may select X795 (ASN Software Mode) option -- This option provides PID key management.   This is compatible with ASTRO 25 Mode.
End user may select U239 (ASTRO®25 Mode Software) option -- This option is required for P25 compliant systems. This option is required for users that use CKR key management.  **Please note: KMF Operation feature is included in ASTRO 25 Mode software**  
Select at least one of the following encryption algorithms:  X423, X769, CA00182, CA00243 or C793. 
DVI-XL™ (C793) is restricted to sales outside of the United States and Canada. 
AES (CA00182) is REQUIRED when ordering T7537A. 
ADP (CA00243) is not compatible with ASN Mode (X795), if the U239, ASTRO®25 Mode Software is not ordered. 
ADDITIONAL: 
The interface cables required for programming may be purchased as options or as separate items. 
Country specific AC Line Cords will be required.  They will be available as options or as separate items. 
Battery chargers, additional batteries, additional key loading cables, additional AC line cords adapters, etc. must be ordered as separate items. 
Up to 20 identically optioned units may be ordered as a single line item.
