How does an XTL2500 RX analog sensitivity at 927Mhz compare to in-band 935MHz RX sensitivity?
The radio will be operating around 8 MHz out of band - so will RX sensitivity be reduced?
Anybody have any 12dB SINAD figures at 927MHz?
XTL 900 MHz out-of-band sensitivity?

Re: XTL 900 MHz out-of-band sensitivity?
While I don't have any 12dB SINAD figures, I can say that they work GREAT! I have one installed in the car, and on both P25 and analog, they have STELLAR performance. None of the weird crap that other radios exhibit. I've even run it on 926MHz without issue.g8tzl2004 wrote:How does an XTL2500 RX analog sensitivity at 927Mhz compare to in-band 935MHz RX sensitivity?

Re: XTL 900 MHz out-of-band sensitivity?
I totally agree with D119. In SE Florida, we have 5-6 900 P25 repeaters, & they work great. While there are no tuning parameters for 927, I get the same range as my UHF XTL with both repeaters close to each other. The 900 MCS, & MTS are gone, replaced by XTL, & XTS. The problem with 900 is we share it with baby monitors, & cordless phones, & have to live with interference on the 902 repeater input freq's. No problem with P25. A few guys 60 miles north have a 900 DMR repeater set up. Those radios also work great on 902/927. GARY
