XPR4500 codeplug UHF 403-470 M27QPH9JA1AN

I recently acquired an XPR4500 UHF 403-470 M27QPH9JA1AN FW: 1.02.01 CP: 2.00.06. The radio of course has a password in it and the device recovery method wont work, as there is no sample codeplug in the CPS for an XPR4500. Would anyone out there have one they could send me or point me to? I got this radio in a large lot of other radios and this was the only Mototrbo in the lot. I tried wireshark and no joy. I suspect FW was too new, but this FW is pretty old. XPR's are not my strong suit.
