Test jig/box ID Help needed

Hello all:

I have a test box that appears to be for Mocom 70 or Mitrek and appears to be for a base setup of some sort (Has 4 screw holes that would appear to be for mounting in a base cabinet possibly)

Model/part # on the box is TLN5054A

Looking for following info:

Box has 4 cables coming out of it
Two each with a 12 pin connector same as what is in the Mitrek/Mocom 70 marked Receiver and Transmitter (Obvious what those plug in to.
1 two wire cable with quick connects (apparent for speaker connection as they go to the Speaker on/off switch)

Last cable has 4 wires (Black, Black with white stripe, Red, and Old Discolored white almost beige)

What do these 4 wires connect to?
Can anyone help?

And need to confirm that this does go to Mocom 70/Mitrek
If not what radio does it go to?

That sounds like the metering test set used and mounted in the Motrac series base station and repeater. Some had intercom and speaker functions.
