xts5000 cable

xts5000 cable

Anyone know is the xts3000 cable can be used on the xts5000 with a mod ?

It does take a different cable and the cable does not use a Rib Box.

Is there any smarts in the cable or just like a standard cable but with no rib ?

The Cable does have a chip in it, I beleive it is called a Max 232 chip.
