I am probably ordered the wrong part, but I needed to convert a Minitor 2's paging filters to work on the following Motorola Paging Codes # 139, and #179. The unit had filters 483.5 mhz, and 539.0 mhz installed. Which were respectively #179, and #199 Motorola Paging Codes.
I want the unit to page on either Motorola #139 or #179 now. What filter do I need?, and how do you determine that. There must be a chart or equation to this all.

Thanks

What radios do you own?: FMR80D and a Motrac with Scan

Check out :
http://www.batlabs.com/qcii.html
for the general encoding plan. The actual tones are shown at http://www.batlabs.com/qciitbl2.html

#179 is 1881.0 hz and #199 is 1433.4 hz

Check and make sure that these are the actual tones and not the paging string that the dispatcher is keying in. E-mail me direct if you need more.
