What radios do you own?: More than I can count

ASTRO FLASHCODE

Post by RADIOMAN2002 »

I know that there is a way to read the flash code by pushing a sequence of buttons on powerup, but I have yet to find it in the BATLABS archive. Could someone help, please?

I should have been more specific, I mean is there a way to get the flashcode out of the W-9 mobile with the buttons? Or do I need the smart rib.

Flashcode on a W-9

Post by Microwave Mike »

On power up, press the home button 5 times, click your heels and say there is no place like home 5 times.

The host, dsp, sn#, and flashcode should come up.
They do not stay up long, so you may have to repeat, it all depends on your speed reading.

Also, all that info is present in the CPS under the 'radio information' tab, and under 'radio programming history' in the RSS (F3--->F9 from main menu).
