XTS3000 Self-Test loop??????

Post by AngelFire_91 »

Hey guys,
I'm having a little problem with a UHF XTS3k. I'm trying to program it onto a Smartzone system, but when I select it as Smartzone and program the 3k, It locks itself into a Self-Test loop and the only way I have been able to get it out of this loop is by using lab to put the original S Record back into the radio. I can Do WACMSS and it will work fine, but If I move to LAMSS, or Smartzone it will go into this Loop. The radio is original not hacked and is flashed with 500008-000600-5 so it is capable of Smartzone.

I'm also having a problem when using WACMSS instead of Smartzone, when set up correctly except for the Smartzone stuff I get an "Out of Range" Warning, If I move the Frequencies of RX and TX around they only will work when at 406.0 - 410.0 instead of what they should be.

any ideas appreciated!!

Thanks,
Kevin
