Yes, and Yes.

The Selex equipment I heard was top end, but I have not seen it up close and personal yet.

Honestly, the one to watch for is going to be Tait (when they decide to finally put both feet in the DMR market). Anything tait puts out is super high end, well thought out, and full of features. The demo equipment and documentation looks real awesome and they are focusing in heavy on the infrastructure.
