I'm trying to program a narrowband recieve only channel 460.475 Nac 7F3. RX only won't let you change the channel spacing from 25Khz to 12.5Khz. I'm using Astro Saber & XTS 3000 CPS Software R05.03.00 to program the radio.

Don't enable "RX only" until you are done with setting all the parameters. Disable the "RX function," set your parameters, then enable "RX only."
