Batboard

I got a VHF XPR6550, R01.08.00. Impress battery. Sometimes, It'll start beeping at me for a low battery alarm, and 0% remaining, even when its just been charged. If I turn it off, then turn it back on, it will be fine. Other times, it does it, and until I charge it again, it will keep beeping at me. Again, even if it's just been charged. When it does this persistantly, until I charge it, when it does charge, it doesnt go into a condition cycle.

Is this a common issue?

Have you forced a recalibration with the charger? Put the battery in, let it go red, pull it out and put it back in. Should force a recalibration.

Yeah. When its done this, if it didnt want one when I threw it on the charger, I would force one. Its few and far between when this happens, but it just gets annoying when it does happen. Usually Im away from the charger, and I have to turn all tones off to keep it from beepin at me for the rest of the day.
