APX700 battery

So I ordered 2 new NNTN7034A batteries from MOL. Last night I dropped one into my impress charger 3.4 firmware. The charger went orange like it should. Woke up and it's flashing red.(unchargeable). Second battery does the same thing after about 1-1 1/2 hours in the same charger. These are the first new batteries I have bought for this thing, is this normal or did I get a bad batch from MOL.

My dept ordered 30 NTN9858C batteries once from /\/\ and they all did the same thing. Just called them in and they sent new ones out and a label to send the old ones back.
