Can not save Trbo codeplug

I am using Windows 7. Trbo CPS 7.0 saved codeplugs OK. I upgraded to CPS 7.6 and get an error message can not save codeplug file. The windows folder is checked for read only. I need to be administrator to change from read only. How do I log in as admin and change file? I never setup admin on computer.
