Hi everybody

I have an easy question about MX3000, European version of the Saber III, I think. Is it posssible to enter frequencies directly via keypad. I guess it doesn't but I'm not completely sure.

No only pre programmed frequencies as in channels.
You need the Rss for this type of radio, regular saber rss will NOT program this radio,

my question is this radio scan capable.

Hi,

It's indeed not possible to enter the frequencie via the keypad.

And yes, the radio is scan capable. You can scan channels which you have entered in the RSS and you can configure your own scanlist via the radio.
