Batboard

I have been at this for a while now, and i was wondering if anyone else has had the issue of the radio not communicating with the computer.
I have everything you can think of to get the radio going, for refresh, the correct program, the stuff that would work just doesnt because of communications issues.
anyone have an idea or has had this happen, and how do you fix it?

I would confirm you don't have any firewall issues. I know that caused issues for me. Also, check device manager and ensure the radio is showing up in there with no driver errors.
