Vertex VXD 720 Audio/PL Issue (XPR6550)

Hello Great Minds
Received a VXD720 VHF from a board member this afternoon. Programmed it up, but I am having a issue. Have both the VXD720 and my Kenwood 2180 sitting on the desk the 2180 breaks pl and allows audio to pass, but sometimes the VXD720 will not, the RSSI indicator is showing its receiving something but no audio is passing through the speaker. It seems to only be on this one channel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
