GTX Conversion to ham bands. Please help

does any one have a MDF. File that they can spare for the GTX Portable conversion to 900mhz? I have a few radios that I want to donate to a friend of mine, and he is a ham. I figure it will be a nice christmas present for him. also does anyone know what version of SW is best for this? I have the newest version (i think), it was the last version they sent me when my subscription ended last year for the GTX SW. i think its version 3.01 or something like that. if anyone has any info....please PM me. thank you
