XTS2500 not decoding DCS

XTS2500 not decoding DCS

Good Day all!

I have an xts2500 UHF radio.
Any channel programmed to DPL is always open - seems to be csq on receive no matter what.
Is there a setting that I am missing??

HELP!!!
