DTMF Mic on a GM360

I have a GM360 that I have programmed up for 2 meter. Ive been givin great audio reports on the local repeaters. I'm trying to use a DTMF mic on the radio with no luck. The only button that works is the "A". All other buttons seems to not work. I've checked the software and it seems that everything is properly selected for the microphone to work. Open for any help.
