I have a XTS 1500 that was brought to me stuck in Flash Zap Bootloader. It also says:
Flash Zap Bootloader
ver R03.50.00
Intel W18-B 8MB
Invalid PSDT
RS-232 115 + 2 kbps
Ready to download

How do I get out of this or reset?

Try reloading the correct firmware .cvn
