XTS-2500 Help

Hello

I need some answers and help!!

I have a XTS-2500 and according to the radio when I place it in test mode it says it has a 700/800 RF board.

Well I can't seem to program any 700 Mhz. channels in the thing.

All I keep getting is the red error box around the frequency when I enter them.

The 800 Mhz. stuff will program fine without any problems.

Just curious to see if there is an issue with the radio or if I am not doing some thing right.

Please let me know,

Thanks

David

You also may have an XTS2500RB model, which is limited to 800mhz only. If you post the model #, flashcode and host/dsp, we could get a better idea of the issue.

So did the 2.5khz help the OP get his radio down to 700mhz?

The 2.5khz should be under "TX deviation" on the zone channel assignment screen.
