Batboard

Ok I have a Helper Instruments Co. Toner II model# T-202 PL tone decoder that has a borked LCD display. It has not fallen off my bench or anything but the LCD has gone all blackened for unknown reasons..
Does anyone know where I could possibly find a replacement display or what the exact part number is?
