I haven't used my Motorola APX 7000 much, but I am trying to change some things via the FPP option. The odd things is when I change a conventional frequency in a zone, it seems to change all of the channels in that zone. What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like in your zone configuration you have the same personality set for all of the channels.
