Batboard

I'm looking for 2 Quantar VHF/UHF receiver front panels. The one with the 5 tuning holes. I have a couple of panels on other repeaters and I retrieved the part number. It's 6484733T02-D. I searched several parts listings with no luck. They suggest part numbers that are close but the description isn't clear.
Does anyone have any spare panels or a substitute part number?
