With this news and a subsequent 45% drop in the stock price to $45/share, maybe MSI is going to have to get their act together and focus on ALL customers. (I know, wishful thinking)

Don't know what you are talking about. I see MSI closed at $70.31 up $0.65 or +0.83%. Also your link above shows an error.
