SierraWireless OMG 2000 Band 14????

Hello,
I need of some assistance
I recently pickup up a used SierraWireless OMG 2000 gateway. It didn't come with a power cord or any paperwork, so I have been reverse engineering the power cord and information.
My main question is.
1. Is this devise capable of Band 14 operations for First Net? I am, planning on installing it into the chiefs vehicle in my Volunteer Fire Department.
2. If it is, does it require a separate card or anything installed in it?
