Regarding the Saber, Systems Saber and the ASTRO Saber:
Does one RSS Programming cable handle all 3 radios? How about the KVL cable---just one for all 3 radios?

Programming cable is different for the saber and Astro saber. All it is is two pins are switched. I regularly use an adapter with my factory saber cable to make it usable for the astro. As for the KVL cables not sure about that.

I've used the TKN8506B KVL cable to keyload both regular Sabers and my Astro Saber with a KVL 3000. Not sure on the Systems Saber, though.

Are the KVL cables for the T3011DX the SAME as the cables for the newer KVL 3000?

KVL cables work the same on all models, saber, systemssaber, and astro saber. I own all 3 and have keyed all 3.
If you look at the programming cable diagram for the sabers and astros you will see that pin 8 is used on busy line. On the astro pin 6 is connected to busy negative. (I belive this is correct, trying to remember from looking at diagram). I personally used a switch to toggle busy to 6 and 8 and it works fine. I now only have to use one cable and flip a switch to change.

515 says the same KVL cable works with the Saber and ASTRO Saber.
Mancow says the cables are different---pins 6 and 8 specifically, thus the cable needs modifications to support both radios (add a switch to toggle pins 6 and

.
Will the same KVL cable work on the Saber and ASTRO Saber (without adding a switch, etc.)?

KVL's are the same, mancow is refering to the programming cables. On those cables the pins are switched.
