MIP 5000 RTP Link Fail

Anyone familiar with why we get an RTP link fail on the DCPM for all our gateways ?? The link status is green but the RTP link is red...

Is Windows firewall on or have you created exceptions in the firewall for the MIP5000?

The MIP Console and DCPM have both had exceptions but the network guy wont kill Defender completely. The main dispatch computer has it turned off as it doesn't go to the outside world.

You need to make sure the network you're using is set up for multi-casting.
