I am so sorry to have to post this stupid question, but I have been beating my head against the wall on this for a couple of days. I guess I'm getting senile. Anyway, I would like to upgrade my XPR8300 to the latest firmware. I'm not trying to get it illegally or for free. I am trying to figure out how to get it from Motorola. I have an account with Motorola, and I remember kind of vaguely having to call someone to have the wideband EID put on my account so I could download it, which I did. Unfortunately, that was over a year ago, and my sieve-like memory can't recall who I called or what I did. My guess is that getting the latest firmware requires some similar procedure. If some kind individual would give me the URL or phone number at Motorola to get this done, I would appreciate it.
