XTL5000 Console - no tx audio after a few minutes

Hi,

I have a XTL5000 consolette paired with a MC3000.

After turning on the radio, the tx audio is fine but after 5-10 minutes the TX audio stops and its' just transmitting with no voice.

Any ideas on what this may be?
