XPR5000e Volume Pot

Can anybody advise where I can find a Volume Pot for XPR5000e Series Mobiles? I have a Part Number # 40012062001 but Moto says this item is not available to order. Surely somebody out there is selling this item for a few $$$ instead of having to spend a fortune on an entire control head.
